Restore Your Home's Exterior in One Visit

Ontario's climate is tough on exterior surfaces. Road salt, freeze-thaw cycles, humidity, and organic growth from our hardwood-heavy environment mean driveways, decks, and siding accumulate years of staining, algae, mould, and embedded grime that garden hoses simply can't remove. Professional pressure washing removes what household equipment can't reach, restores your curb appeal, prevents premature surface deterioration, and protects your investment. The difference between a clean driveway and a stained one can add — or cost — thousands of dollars at resale.

  • Concrete & asphalt driveways — removes oil, algae, salt staining, tire marks
  • Interlocking brick & natural stone — restores colour without damaging joints
  • Decks & patios — low-pressure soft wash for wood and composite surfaces
  • Home siding — vinyl, aluminum, brick, stucco — eco-friendly soft wash
  • Eco-friendly solutions — plant-safe, biodegradable, pet-safe after rinse
  • Surface-matched technique — correct pressure and method for every material

Pressure Washing FAQs

What surfaces can be pressure washed?
We pressure wash concrete driveways, asphalt driveways, interlocking brick, natural stone patios, wooden and composite decks, vinyl and aluminum siding, brick and stucco exteriors, garage floors, sidewalks, and fences. Different surfaces require different pressures — concrete and stone handle high pressure well, while wood siding and decks require lower pressure (soft washing) to avoid damage.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (2,000–4,000 PSI) to physically blast away dirt, algae, and stains from hard surfaces like concrete and stone. Soft washing uses much lower pressure (100–500 PSI) combined with professional-grade biodegradable cleaning solutions to kill and remove algae, mould, mildew, and organic staining on surfaces like siding, roofs, painted wood, and stucco — surfaces that can be damaged by high pressure.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or deck?
When done properly, no. The key is matching the pressure and technique to the surface. Concrete driveways handle high pressure well. Wood decks need lower pressure and wider fan tips to avoid raising the grain. We assess every surface before we start and adjust our approach accordingly. DIY pressure washers often use incorrect tips or too much pressure — our technicians are trained on surface-specific techniques.
Can you remove oil stains from my concrete driveway?
We can significantly improve oil stains, though very deep or old stains may not come out 100%. We pre-treat oil stains with a commercial degreaser, allow dwell time, then pressure wash to maximum effect. For best results, address fresh oil stains as soon as possible — the longer they set, the deeper they penetrate.
How often should I pressure wash my driveway and home exterior?
In Ontario's climate, we recommend once a year — typically in spring after the winter salt, sand, and debris has accumulated. Driveways and patios in shaded areas that grow algae and moss may benefit from treatment twice a year. Siding typically needs washing every 1–2 years depending on your home's exposure to trees, road dust, and humidity.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. All our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, environmentally responsible, and safe for use around gardens, lawns, and pets once properly rinsed. We don't use harsh solvents or chlorine-based bleach that can harm landscaping. For algae and mould on siding, we use professional soft washing solutions specifically formulated to be plant-safe.
How long does pressure washing take?
A typical driveway (2-car, standard size) takes 1–2 hours. A full home exterior wash takes 2–4 hours. Decks and patios range from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on size and condition. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.
How much does pressure washing cost in the GTA?
A standard 2-car concrete driveway typically runs $150–$250. Full home exterior washing (siding) ranges from $250–$500 for most GTA homes. Deck washing starts at $100–$200. We always provide a free, no-obligation quote based on your specific property and surfaces.
